Dua is divided into the two broad categories depending on what is being said these two categories include religion and world.
On the other side, Dua is a way of feeling that making connection with Allah at any time, in any place. Muslims call god throughout the day and night. Muslims raise their hands and call for his mercy, help and forgiveness.

Moreover, Dua can be made for the individuals, their family and relatives and those who is your circumstance. Our beloved prophet said that The Dua of a Muslim for his brother in his absence is readily accepted. An angel is appointed to his side. Whenever he makes a beneficial Dua for his brother the appointed angel says, Ameen. And may you also be blessed with the same.
When we make a Dua, we express our gratefulness, call upon god in our hour of needs, or for any other reason. We must remember to examine our sincerity. In the meanwhile, our intension when making Dua must be to please god, trust him and obey him completely.
