The need for change in hawk’s life and its outstanding ability to transform according to the needs of time and its age is really interesting. The hawk has one of longest life-spans amongest the birds. It can live up to 70 years, but to make it to the 70’s, it needs to make a hard decision. During its 40’s, its long and flexible talons can no longer grab prey which serve as food to it. Its long and sharp beak becomes bent. Its old thick feathers stuck to its chest and become a hurdle to fly freely and catch its prey on ground. The period of transformation required by the old hawk to regain its hunting capability is painful for it. Once it has realized the need, it starts the painful process which includes knocking its beak on solid rocks, plucking its talons and waiting for the new talons to grow, and plucking its thick aged feathers stuck to its chest.

Only after the transformation process is complete, it can fly again and hunt its prey with the same vigor it used to.

Only after knowing this capability of the hawk I realized why Iqbal had preferred it over other animals with similar traits. The apathetic Muslims of sub-continent in particular, and the Muslim nation in general needed a change. They needed to adapt to the requirements of the new age, they had to realize the NEED for change, only after such realization had they been able to transform and live the change necessary for their survival. LAST day in the class  and universities studies. Higher education is a

sector as well as in private sector colleges and universities. People who

study their belong to middle class there is urdu medium and governance

is very bad. On the other hand , in private sector colleges such as

superior colleges kips and Concordia etc. people who study there belong

to allied class.In these colleges fee structure is to high a common man

can not afford it. There are English medium and the governance is very

good .higher education is also done in public and private universities .in

the public universities sector are offering degrees of phd.Every

university is recognized and character by HEC.people who stdudy there

perbelong to middle class the performance of students  and teachers are

not good.on the other hand,in private sector universities such as BNU

and comsat  that are offering many degrees .every department is up to

thesis. Each teacher described one specific part of  thesis.most of teacher

told that a good thesis is simple and coherent.

Aloe vera gel- 2tbsp

Neem leaves powder- 1 tbsp or fresh neem leaves

Do several step

Take aloe Vera gel in a small bowl

Add neem powder or fresh neem leaves paste to this gel

Mix well to get a paste

Apply this to your affected area for 15-20 minutes
